Dr. Noe’s primary focus is on identifying the underlying cause of disease, treating the whole person, and using the least invasive treatments possible. This usually means starting with diet, lifestyle, and physical activity. He works extensively with food allergies/sensitivities low glycemic eating plans that impact blood sugar and insulin levels. In addition to this, he also works with nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, and hormone therapies.

Dr. Noe is the founder of Green Mountain Natural Health, a complementary medical clinic in Montpelier, Vermont, where he has been in practice for 11 years. He earned a doctor of naturopathic medicine degree from Bastyr University, as well as an electrical engineering degree from Virginia Tech. He is also a past director and officer of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and past-president of the Vermont Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Dr. Noe is also the founder and president of Green Mountain Wellness Solutions, Inc., a provider of award winning health and productivity management programs to Vermont businesses.
