Dr. Courtney Bowers graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon and is a licensed naturopathic physician who enjoys helping patients of all ages achieve and maintain good health through compassionate, individualized and diligent care.

Dr. Bowers treats a wide variety of health concerns including digestive conditions, allergies, frequent infections, autoimmune conditions, depression & anxiety, diabetes, sleep disorders, chronic fatigue, and hormone imbalances. She has additional training in transgender healthcare, women’s health and gynecological care.

Her patients appreciate her broad knowledge, focus on treating the whole body and ability to explain to them complicated health conditions and their underlying influences.

Dr. Bowers is able to work independently or with one’s other providers to create a treatment plan that is best for each individuals needs; treatment plans may utilize lifestyle modifications, nutritional counseling, botanical medicine, homeopathy, bio-identical hormones or pharmaceuticals.

Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Bowers worked in non-profit management and social justice, particularly focused on women’s and LGBTQIA+ rights. She fell in love with Vermont and its people over a decade ago and finally made her way back in 2015. When her head isn’t buried in literature she is enjoying the incredible mountains, lakes, people and animals of Vermont.

Dr. Bowers also practices in Middlebury, Vermont at Integrated Medicine.
