Dr. Lorilee Schoenbeck is a nationally recognized expert in naturopathic gynecology and is the first N.D. to practice naturopathic medicine alongside conventional OB-GYNs at a Planned Parenthood-owned gynecology clinic. Her practice also includes primary care and most general practice concerns for persons ages 13 and up.

A frequent lecturer to both health care providers and the public, Dr. Schoenbeck integrates the best of both conventional and natural approaches. She has earned the respect of colleagues from all areas of that continuum. Written with a conventional gynecologist and a psychiatrist, her book MENOPAUSE: BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN NATURAL AND CONVENTIONAL MEDICINE is now in its third printing.

Dr. Schoenbeck is an adjunct faculty for Johnson State College’s Wellness and Alternative Medicine bachelor’s degree program. She’s a 1995 graduate of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland OR, holds a BA in nutrition from Goddard College and completed her pre-med at the University of WI-Madison. She served as President of the Vermont Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and was instrumental in lobbying for insurance coverage for NDs in Vermont.

She is an avid yoga practitioner, hiker and swing-dancer.
